Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

Each product page clearly mentions whether the item is eligible for return. We recommend checking the return eligibility disclaimer on the product page before placing your order to ensure it falls under our 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The item should not be damaged, altered, or washed

You may try the product, but please ensure it remains in returnable condition.

Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Toys & Games
  • Black Friday Collection
  • Gift Boxes & Gift Collection items
  • Clearance Sale items
  • Freedom Sale products

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your order has been delivered, you can self-initiate a return by:

  • Visiting the My Orders section on the website or app
  • Selecting the delivered order and following the return steps

Return options will be visible only for products that are eligible under our return policy.

Quality Check & Approval

Once the item is picked up, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Upon successful approval, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source used during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a refund link via SMS and email on your registered contact details within 24–48 hours after pickup. Please use this link to complete the refund process.
